Andrew Winzelberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Andrew Winzelberg, co-founder and President of the Center for Executive Solutions, applies his understanding of the behavior and social sciences--motivation, personality, decision making, and organizational dynamics--to help organizations maximize workforce productivity.

His practice includes executive assessment/selection, coaching/development, conflict resolution, team building, workplace culture and nuclear safety and security culture assessments, program evaluation, and succession planning. He works extensively with the nuclear industry and local governments.

For several years, Andrew held a research appointment in the School of Medicine at Stanford University. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Santa Clara University. Andrew has authored over sixty articles and book chapters and he has presented at numerous scientific conferences worldwide. He has served as an associate editor and peer-reviewer for several professional journals. Andrew received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Stanford University, his M.A in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
